Welcome to Cape Rendezvous
Rustic luxury in Vasse

A beautiful eco friendly rural retreat, set on five acres of native bushland, close to Busselton

Picture
Ideal for couples or groups
As a couple, the place has a romantic, secluded feel.  Enjoy spending the day relaxing, surrounded by nature on the balcony upstairs, grateful for the open space and time away. You'll have the whole house and gardens to yourself.

For families and groups, the house has the rooms and space to host more people. The beautiful open plan living area upstairs, with vaulted ceiling, and substantial kitchen island, allows people to gather and share time together, whilst, elsewhere, there are many quiet spaces to escape to.

Set in the bush but close to town
The nearby towns of Busselton (5 mins) Dunsborough (25 mins) and Margaret River (just 30 mins away) offer all the restaurants, wineries and beaches you could dream of...

Commitment to Eco Friendly Tourism

Picture

Our environment is important to us and we have tried to adopt a green approach to living at Cape Rendezvous. The walls of the house are built from rammed earth which keeps the bedrooms cool in summer and warm in winter. Some of our sustainable practices include:
  • solar power
  • solar hot water system
  • off grid rainwater supply - all our water is from the sky. The drinking water is filtered and tastes delicious. Showering in the soft water feels luxurious
  • recycle bin provided
  • green waste is composted
  • refillable dispenser bottles for soap and dishwashing
  • coffee beans from our café are supplied in a café quality grinder. No pods; no waste.
  • environmentally friendly cleaning products - this is also important to keep the septic tank happy
  • most of the furniture and doors have been sourced second hand and given some love; re-painted, re-covered or re-purposed
  • we have committed to maintaining the bush area of the property as close to its natural state as possible. The wildlife and flora are such a beautiful asset; we hope to ensure they are protected here
